No Party & No Excessive Noise Policy
To assist us, please observe the following courtesies:
- Chianti’s Holiday Cottages, no party and no excessive noise policy (which all guests acknowledge by booking) will be strictly enforced.
- Any guests or visitors found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their Apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, may be evicted without refund.
- We ask you to contact our Reception should you experience discomfort caused by the unreasonable noise created by other guests.
Rules & Regulations
- Right of admission strictly reserved.
- Only one car per site or Cottage unless arranged with reception.
- No motor cycles may be ridden in the premises (that includes 3 or 4 wheeler’s)
- No roller-skates or wheel shoes permitted.
- A breakages deposit will be levied on arrival and will only be returned once the unit has been checked and found in order.
- Electrical appliances to be kept to a minimum.
- Electric urns, two plate ovens, washing machines and tumble driers NOT PERMITTED.
- Access to the premises is strictly controlled and under no circumstances may guests open the security gate for visitors to enter.
- Check-in time is from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Please confirm the accuracy of the inventory in your unit and report any discrepancies to the office within 1 hour of arrival.
- Check-out time is before 10:00 on the day of departure. Kindly allow us 10 minutes of your time to complete a departure check.
- Damages caused as a result of negligence or deliberate action will be for your account, payable at a rate determined by the owners.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No loud music, music from vehicles or rowdiness will be tolerated. Guests not respecting this rule will be asked to leave the premises.
- No parties or gatherings will be allowed.

Wat n wonderlike vakansie, die lekkerste blyplek wat ons nog in die Suid-kus gehad het Mag julle net geseen word van bo af. Julle is die mooiste mense. Gaan julle defnitief weer sien en almal van julle plek vertel. Thanx
